From 1950 to 1974, Rev. Lawrence Murphy, a Catholic priest worked at St. John's school for the Deaf in St. Francis, Wis., molested over 200 deaf boys.
Catholic church knew he had sexually abused deaf boys but he was never defrocked. He died in 1998, still a priest.
